Volumetric efficiency and structure design to certain radial piston pump with axial flow distribution

分析了影响某型轴配流径向柱塞泵容积效率的各项因素,并对内部泄漏作了重点分析;定量分析了某型轴配流径向柱塞泵活塞与转子、配流轴与转子间的泄漏,并实验分析了配流轴与转子间泄漏对容积效率的影响。实验结果表明,当内部泄漏增加时,泵的容积效率会降低。

A certain radial piston pump with axial flow distribution was designed, and the vicious influencing factors were studied on the volumetric efficiency, in which inner leakage was mainly ana- lyzed. The quantitative analysis was given to the influence of the volumetric efficiency on the gap be- tween the piston and the rotor as well as the gap between the distribution shaft and the rotor. At the same time, the effect of the gap on the volumetric efficiency was analyzed through experiments, and so were the corresponding characteristics. The result shows that the volumetric efficiency will reduce when the inner leakage increases.
