2型糖尿病患者α-颗粒膜蛋白测定的临床价值

Clinical value of α granule membrane glycoprotein measurement in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨２型糖尿病患者α颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ１４０）含量测定的临床价值。方法用放射免疫分析方法测定１０４例２型糖尿病患者（其中有微血管病变５５例，无微血管病变４９例）及３８例健康人ＧＭＰ１４０含量和血小板直接计数，并对部分患者作治疗前后的动态观察。结果血小板ＧＭＰ１４０及血浆ＧＭＰ１４０含量，２型糖尿病组显著高于健康人组（Ｐ＜０．００１），有微血管病变组显著高于无微血管病变组（Ｐ＜０．００１），有微血管病变组和无微血管病变组血小板ＧＭＰ１４０与血浆ＧＭＰ１４０含量呈显著正相关（ｒ１＝０．６９，ｒ２＝０．７５，Ｐ均＜０．００１）；２型糖尿病患者血小板计数与健康人比较，无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。部分患者血糖控制后并坚持服用阿斯匹林６个月，ＧＭＰ１４０含量及眼底改变与治疗前比较无显著差异。

Objective To study the clinical value of α granule membrane glycoprotein (GMP 140) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The level of GMP 140 was measured by RIA in 104 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus (55 cases with microangiopathy, 49 without microangiopathy) and in 38 controls. Serial measurements were carried out in 18 patients before and after treatment. Results The levels of GMP 140 in both platelet and plasma in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.001).The levels of GMP_140 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with microangiopathy increasedsignificantlyincomparisonwithtype2diabetes mellitus patients without microangiopathy (P<0.001). Positive correlation was found between the levels of GMP_140 in plasma and in platelet in both groups (r 1=0.69, r 2=0.75). There was no difference in platelet count between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and controls (P>0.05). With the drop in concentration of blood glucose and the treatment of aspirin for 6 months, there were no significant changes in the levels of GMP 140 and eye ground findings in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The measurement of GMP 140 has very important clinical value in the early diagnosis and analysis of type 2 diabetes mullitus with microangiopathy
