在平面波环境下对某型电子设备的仿真实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究某型电子设备的电磁耦合规律,利用电磁仿真软件FEKO建立了设备模型和所需的平面波环境。研究表明:当频率为400MHz时壳体表面的感应电流值最大,而内部电磁耦合场强度最大值表现在频率为700MHz时;在频率为700MHz时靠近电源线人口处场强值有突越,应着重对进入的电源线缆进行防护;在频率为700MHz和300MHz时曲线在底部开口附近呈现较强的电磁耦合现象,开口两侧电磁耦合场呈近似对称分布,设备内部的布局使其随着实验频率的升高趋于非对称化;设备内部腔体中心附近存在电磁耦合场的增强区域,工作人员或测试仪器宜避开此区域。 In order to study the electromagnetic coupling law of typical electronic equipment, electromagnetic simulation software FEKO is used to set up the equipment model and plane wave environment. Data show that the induction electric current value on the surface of shell at frequency 400 MHz is the greatest, and the maximum intensity of inside electromagnetic coupling field is reached when frequency is 700 MHz;the intensity value of coupling field dashes upward close to power cable entrance at 700 MHz, and the power cable enterance should be protected in particular;the'adjacent place presentes stronger electromagnetic coupling phenomenon near the open mouths in the bottom at frequency of 700 MHz or 300 MHz, and the electromagnetic coupling field is distributed symmetrically, the equipment overall arrangement makes it tend towards the asymmetry with rising of experiment frequency;there is enhancement area of electromagnetic coupling field near the body centre within the equipment, and persons and testing insruments should be kept away from this area.
