福建省家畜、家禽O157大肠杆菌初查

Preliminary Investigation on Enteuohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0157 from Domestic Animals and Fowl in Fujian province

本文检查了7种家畜（包括猪肉砧板）、家禽粪便标本784份。首次从中检出17种O157出血性大肠杆菌，平均检出率为2．17％，其中以猪最高达6．61％．其次为鸡3．64％，鸽子1．25％，还在猪内与砧板上检出此菌。根据检出菌株与O157、H7诊断血清凝集反应及其产生动力的情况将它们分为二类即：O157；H7（8株）及O157：NM（9株）。

We examined 784 stool specimens from seven kinds of domein 1997, from which 17Strains of E. colt 0157were detected for the first time. The mean detection rate was 2.17%. Among them,the detection rate of pigs wasthe highest,at 6.61%,chickens 3.64%,doves 1.25% and pork choppimg block 1.49%,According to their serological reaction and modility, they were classified into two types:0157: H7 (8 strains ) and 0157: NM (9 strais).
