摘要 目的研究单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)在早期急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)模型中的表达。方法以3%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射制作大鼠SAP模型,检测血清淀粉酶,于镜下观察组织的病理学变化;采用免疫组织化学方法对雄性SD大鼠SAP模型组(术后4h及12h)及正常对照组小肠(空肠)、肝脏组织标本中MCP-1的表达进行检测。结果MCP-1主要表达于胞质,SAP模型组小肠(空肠)、肝脏组织中的MCP-1表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。结论MCP-1的高度表达在SAP发生发展中具有重要作用,表明其对多脏器功能不全综合征(MODS)具有重要影响作用。 Objective To explore the potential role of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 ( MCP-1 ) in early severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods SAP rat models were induced by retrograde injection of 3% sodium taurocholate into the bilipancreatic duct. The activity of serum amylase was measured and the histopathological changes were observed under electron microscope. Immunohistochem- istry method was used for detecting MCP-1 expression in SAP rats after operation for 4 h and 12 h and normal controls. Results MCP-1 was mainly expressed in endochylema. The expression of MCP-1 in tissues of intestine(jejunum), liver were significantly higher than that in normal controls. Conclusion MCP-1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of early SAP,indicating that it has an important influence on the formation of muhiorgan dysfunction syndrome(MODS).
