空分装置全面加温系统改造可行性分析

摘要 空分装置大修期间在完成对动设备的检修之前,设计用气化液氮来代替压缩空气对空分冷箱内设备进行全面加温吹扫,提出了流程改造方案及安全注意事项,进行了可行性分析。并以KDON3200/7000型空分装置为例对改造前后进行经济性对比,说明了改造后的效益及意义。 Before finishing inspection and repair of dynamic equipment during overhaul, it was designed to use vaporized liquid Nitrogen instead of compressed air to thoroughly heat and purge equipment inside cold box of air separator. Schemes for process flow revamping and attentions for safety were presented, and the feasibility of the schemes was analyzed. Taking KDON3200/7000 type air separator as an example, economic comparison before and after the revamp was made to it, to illustrate economic benefits and significance of the revamp.
