USE METHANOL PURGE GAS TO CO-PRODUCE AMMONIA

理论分析甲醇弛放气和合成氨转化气的特性,通过改造流程将甲醇弛放气引至合成氨装置,以提高合成氨产量,降低吨氨消耗,并分析了实际并网后对合成氨装置的影响及采取的措施。

Analyzed the characteristics of methanol purge gas and ammonia converting gas in theory. Through the revamp of process flow, methanol purge gas was introduced to ammonia plant, in order to increase ammonia output and decrease ammonia unit consumption. The influences of process flow revamp on ammonia plant were also analyzed, and relative measures were taken.
