摘要 某电站碾压混凝土大坝蓄水后下游坝面、廊道内出现渗漏水现象。经分析认为,应采取多项措施联合处理:①对迎水面混凝土进行表面防渗涂刷;②在混凝土坝体内部钻设一道防渗帷幕;③对坝体混凝土进行补强灌浆。涂刷采用凯顿百森T1水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,防渗帷幕孔尽可能靠近坝体迎水面,补强灌浆在其幕后。为做好此三项方案措施,施工前进行了涂刷、防渗帷幕和补强灌浆不同压力、不同水灰比及不同孔排距的生产性工艺试验。在获得灌浆成果和类比其它工程的基础上,找到了适合的工艺参数、灌浆材料及施工方法,完成了大坝渗漏灌浆处理其效果令人满意。 Seepage is found at downstream dam surface and inside corridor after RCC dam impoundment at a power station. In order to solve the problem, a number of measures are proposed to be taken: (1) to brush con- crete on the upstream face for seepage control; (2) to provide an impervious curtain inside the concrete dam; (3) to apply strengthening grouting to dam concrete. DURAB Tleementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing material is used to brush. The impervious curtain hole is dose to the upstream face of the dam as much as possible, and strengthening grouting is carried out behind the curtain. For smooth implementation of the said three measures, technical tests regarding brushing, anti-seepage curtain and strengthening grouting are done under different pressures, water-cement ratios and hole distances before construction. Appropriate technical parame- ters, grouting materials and engineering methods are determined based on comparison of grouting effects, and grouting engineering against dam seepage yields favorable results.
