摘要
桥巩水电站泄水闸工作闸门为超大型露顶式平面滚轮钢闸门,闸门尺寸15 m×24.9 m,由固定卷扬式启闭机启闭,闸门常在局部开启条件下运行,闸门下游强紊动水流与闸门之间复杂的耦合作用可能引起闸门较大振动,甚至影响其安全运行,为保证闸门安全运行,采用1/25全水弹性相似模型对闸门进行了流激振动试验研究和三维有限元计算,揭示了闸门的流激振动特性,论证了闸门振动的安全性,建议避免闸门长期在0.1以下开度运行。
The working gate of discharge sluice at Qiaogong Hydropower Station is a super large plain roller-bearing steel gate with open top in a dimension of 15m× 24.9m. It is opened and dosed by the fixed winch hoist, and often operates when it is opened in part. The coupling effect between strong turbulence flow downstream the gate and the gate itself may cause a strong vibration of the gate and even affect its safe operation. In view of this, flow-induced vibration test with 1/25 perfect hydroelastic similar model and 3D finite dement calculation are done for the gate to find out flow-in- duced vibration features of the gate and to demonstrate the safety of such vibration. It is suggested that the gate shall not operate under an opening of less than 0. 1 for a long time.
