机组安全系统两起跳闸情况的原因分析

Cause Analysis on Two Trips of Unit's Safety System

针对飞来峡水利枢纽机组出现的两起安全系统跳闸情况,分析事故现象,找出事故原因,并对出现跳闸信号后的停机过程进行简单分析,得出是否正常安全系统跳闸还是误发"安全系统跳闸",应该从监控画面的信息、继电器-K0094是否励磁、机械跳闸指示灯是否亮、停机流程等方面来分析判断。

The safety system of the unit at Feilaixia Hydraulic Project trips twice. The article tries to find out the cause and to study the shutdown process after the trip signal is sent out. It concludes that it shall determine whether the safety system trips normally or by mistake based on information on the monitoring picture, excita- tion of relay-K0094 or not, on or off of mechanical tripping indicating lamp and shutdown process.
