应该重视岩土工程设计和治理的“全过程”监督

The Full Supervising Process of Design and Treatment Should be Emphasized in Geotechnical Engineering

岩土工程设计和治理要经历规划、勘察、设计、施工、管理、监理、运行等阶段,而这些阶段存在分工、衔接和协调问题,提出了如何进行全程统筹监督管理的建议,并举例说明,对岩土工程问题有借鉴作用。

During the process of design and treatment in geotechnieal engineering, some phases such as planning, design, construction, management, supervision, running and so on, should be experienced. But there is the problem of the division of work, the mutual link and the adjustment in those experienced phases, so this paper gives some advices about how to deal effectively with the problem and by examples, it is showed that the proposed advices can be used for reference in geotechnical engineering.
