In promoting the reform and development in the countryside, the key way is to build up a high - level team of new farmers as soon as possible, which is the advantage of Taihang Mountain Road of Agricultural University of Hebei. This paper aims at exploring the better ways, such as culturing the undergraduates with high qualities, and the technological talents of agriculture, to bring up a good service for the construction of the new socialist countryside in intellectual support and spiritual drive from vitalizing agriculture by science and education, and strengthening agriculture by talents.
