论文化经济与知识经济的异同及发展路径

Research on the similarities and differences and the development path of cultural economy and knowledge economy

上世纪90年代,联合国研究机构提出"知识经济"的新概念。近几年来,我国的浙江、广东在文化大省建设中相继提出了"文化经济"概念,并首次把"文化经济"作为建设文化大省的实践课题。"文化经济"概念的提出既充分体现了经济文化一体化的时代特征,又深刻揭示了中国特色社会主义建设规律,也与科学发展观的要求相契合。积极发展文化经济,将有力地促进科学发展观的落实和社会的和谐。那么,文化经济产生的背景是什么,与知识经济的关系怎样,如何发展?文章对这些问题作了探讨。

The united Nations Research Institude put forward the new concept of＂ knowledge economy＂ in 1990＇ s. In the last few year,Zhejiang and Guangdong advanced the concept of ＂cultural economy＂ in the porcess of constructing great cultural province and for the first time took it as a practic topic in the construction of grat cultural province. The concept of--cultural economy＂ sufficently manifests the features of the integration of culture and economy, reveals profundly the construction rule of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, and agrees with the Scientific outlook on Development. The positive development of cultural economy will forcefully promote the implementattion of the Scientific Outlook on Development and harmony in the society. Then, what＇ s the background for the emerging of cultural economy？ What＇ s its relationship with knowledge economy？ What＇ s its development trend？ The PaDer will disucss on the above - mentioned issues.
