摘要
作为一个新兴的、综合性强的产业,文化产业需要政府在其中发挥重要作用,政府运作文化产业有其政策、组织协调上的强势与便利,却也有如何有效处理"社区参与"和市场运作的难题。江西省龙南县政府于2008年运作"龙南客家文化年",在取得成效的同时也面临这个难题。
Regarding as a new and comprehensive industry, the cultural industry needs govemment to play an important role in it. The government has the power and convenience on policy and organization through govemment operation, it also has difficulties on how to deal efficiently with ＂ Community participation＂ and operation of cultural industry market. The government of LongNan county in JiangXi province operated ＂the Hakka cultural year of LongNan county＂ in 2008, it atta/ned somewhat achievement and efficiency while faced the problems at the same time.
