摘要
人力资源管理没有固定不变的模式。改革开放30年来,中国本土企业通过自身的实践、吸收国外先进理念及国内成功者的经验和教训,形成了不同风格的人力资源管理模式。中国本土企业人力资源管理的演进轨迹主要沿着两个维度展开:一是管理手段维度,从"感情管理"到"文化管理"的趋势;二是管理理念维度,从"成本型"到"资本型"的趋势。
Human resource management has not a fixed pattern. In the 30 years of Reform and Opening Up, Chinese local enterprises have formed their own different styles of human resource management, through their own practice, absorpting the advanced ooncept aboard and domestic successful experiences. The thesis holds that the evolution of human resource management of Chinese local enterprises have tracked down the two main dimensions: the first dimension is management tools, from the "emotional management" to "cultural management" ; the Seeond dimension is management concepts, from the "coat-type" to "capital-type".
