鸦胆子油乳注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察鸦胆子油乳注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法68例非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,治疗组采用NP方案化疗联合应用鸦胆子油乳注射液,对照组单用NP方案化疗,21 d为一个周期,观察4个周期。结果治疗组有效率44.1%,对照组41.1%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组临床控制率88.2%,显著高于对照组(70.5%)(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量(KPS评分)及细胞免疫功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05);骨髓抑制作用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效。可以明显提高患者的生活质量,保护免疫功能,减轻化疗的骨髓抑制作用。 Objective To observe the curative effects on non-small-cell lung cancer with NP chemotherapy regimen and brucea fruitwater in oil emulsion. Methods Totally 68 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly. The 34 patients in the treatment group were treated with chemotherapy regimen and brucea fruitwater in oil emulsion while 34 patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy. Three weeks was a cycle and there were four cycles for chemotherapy. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 44. 1% and 41.1%, respectively. There were no significant differences (P〉0.05). The clinical control rate in the treatment group (88.2%) was significant higher than that in the control group (70.5%) (P〈0.05). Life quality scores of Karnofsky and cell immune functions in the treatment group were also higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Marrow suppression was much lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is an effective way to treat advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with NP chemotherapy regimen and brucea fruitwater in oil emulsion, which benefits patients with non-small-cell lung cancer for improving their life quality, protecting immune functions and reducing marrow suppression after chemotherapy.
