摘要
针对CAN总线连接的运载器控制系统方案,建立了控制系统总线数据传输仿真平台。该平台以部件等效器模拟控制系统内各种敏感器和执行机构,通过CAN总线与以太网连成网络;采用CAN总线仿真工具CANoe建立总线数据流测试与评估节点。利用该平台仿真了运载器从发射到入轨飞行过程中控制系统总线上的数据传输状态,对总线性能、信号周期和数据传输可靠性等进行了分析,结果表明CAN总线可以满足运载器控制系统数据传输要求。
For the launch vehicle control system connected by CAN bus, a platform used to simulate bus data transmission of control system was established. In the platform, some component equivalents were used to instead of sensors and executing machine, they were connected through CAN bus and Ethernet. The data flow testing and evaluation node was founded by a CAN bus simulation tool called CANoe. Bus data transmission state of control system during the entire carry segment from the beginning of launch to the end of orbiting was simulated on the platform. Bus performance, signal cycle and the reliability of data transmission were analyzed. The results showed that CAN bus can meet the requirement of data transmission of launch vehicle control system.
