从流域配置、水流形态规划、断面设计、生态护坡和修筑具有生态意义的水工建筑物等多个方面对河道生态治理的工程措施进行了建议。同时认为河道生态治理是一个现代的、系统的水利工程,这需要建设者治河理念的更新和社会多学科、多部门的通力合作。
