盐工血浆中生命元素的测定与分析

Determination and Analysis of Life Elements in Plasma of Sea Saltworkers

以原子吸收分光光度法对４２例海盐工人和３６例正常对照组血浆中钠、钾、钙、镁、铜和锌进行测定，该方法的灵敏度、精密度和标准加入回收率的测试结果，符合分析检测要求。样品测定结果表明：对照组血浆中各元素水平均在文献报道的正常值范围内。海盐工人血浆钠、钾高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血浆锌低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血浆铜、钙、镁略低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这些信息对探讨海盐工人体内生命元素与其常见病多发病的关系和维护海盐工人的健康是重要的。

The sodium,Potassium,calcium,magnesium,copper and Zinc were determined in plasma of 42 sea saltworkers and 36 normal subjects by airacetylene flam atomic absorption spectrometry.The sensitivity, precison and recovery of the mothod have been studied with satisfactery results.The results have shown that the elements levels in plasma of normal controls are corresponding to the concertration ranges reported by literatures.The sodium and potassium in plasma of sea saltworkers were significantly higher,however the zinc were significantly lower than that of normal controls (P<0.01).The plasma levels of calcium, magnesium and copper were lower than that of the normal controls(P<0.05).The clinical significance of those informations are extremely important.
