立式氨冷凝器强化传热试验研究

摘要 以氨为工质以双面螺纹管为强化传热元件的立式冷凝器,同传热面积相当的光滑管立式冷凝器进行氨冷凝传热对比试验,结果表明:双面螺纹管立式氨冷凝器有着显著的强化传热效果。在试验条件下,这种冷凝器的平均传热系数是光滑管立式冷凝器平均传热系数的1.30倍以上。 The experimental results of vertical condenser which use ammonia as refrigerant and double-side screwed pipe as heat transfer script show that vertical ammonia condenser of double-side screwed pipe has the remarkable effect of augmented heat transfer. Under the experimental condition, the average heat transfer coefficient of the condenser of double-side screwed pipe is 30 percent higher than that of the smooth pipe. This augmented heat transfer technique for adopting double-side screwed pipe can be widely used in the ammonia refrigeration system.
