钻孔法替代巷道法进行采空区瓦斯治理的实践

摘要 顶板走向长钻孔替代瓦斯抽采巷道抽采采空区顶板裂隙带瓦斯技术,是淮南矿区研发的瓦斯治理新技术,该技术在丁集煤矿的1262(1)工作面进行实践,取得了预期效果;根据1262(1)工作面的地质条件,设计合理的顶板走向抽采钻孔,通过对获取的抽采数据分析,得出了在采煤工作面顺层钻孔预抽后瓦斯含量小于10m3/t时,可以用钻孔法代替巷道法抽采瓦斯。 In recent years, the mine is taken starting from the theoretical research, design starting at the source, experimental research reproduce, engineering practice research methods, carried out to adapt to the conditions of the mine gas and mining for comprehensive management of safe and efficient exploitation of key technologies, the establishment of a high security coefficient of mine safety production systems, technology interchange gas extraction system, coal and gas technology system for the prevention and treatment to highlight the representative of the comprehensive management of the mine gas technology system.
