职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的探索与实践

文章对"双师型"专业教师队伍建设的实践进行总结和探讨。结果表明通过中外合作、校企互通、专兼结合,专业教师进入合作企业学习,聘请行业专业技术人员为兼职教师,实现专业与合作企业专业技术人员的合作互融,是解决"双师型"专业教师队伍建设的有效途径。

This article analyzes the building of faculty with double qualifications. The result shows that the effective means to strengthen the building of the faculty with double qualifications is to cooperate with foreign countries, enterprises, and that the professional teachers enter the enterprises to cooperate with the specialists.
