生命是教育的原点。参与教育的一切要素都应凸显生命的意义方可保证教育和谐、有序、高效地进行。教师权威是教育的内在属性,是教师在教育中具有教育权威性的充分必要条件。当下,教师的传统权威、法定权威、知识权威等非生命特质的教师权威,在教育实践中已不断受到挑战,甚至有丧失的危险。因此,教育工作者应当重新审视教师权威,努力探寻教师权威的"源"。
