摘要
生命是教育的原点。参与教育的一切要素都应凸显生命的意义方可保证教育和谐、有序、高效地进行。教师权威是教育的内在属性,是教师在教育中具有教育权威性的充分必要条件。当下,教师的传统权威、法定权威、知识权威等非生命特质的教师权威,在教育实践中已不断受到挑战,甚至有丧失的危险。因此,教育工作者应当重新审视教师权威,努力探寻教师权威的"源"。
The purpose of life is education. Participate in the education of all the elements highlighted the meaning of life should be guaranteed education harmonious, orderly and efficient manner. Teacher education authority is the inherent attributes of teachers in education with the full authority of education and the necessary conditions. In the democratization of information technology background, the teacher's traditional authority, the statutory authority, knowledge authority, and other non-life characteristics of the authority of teachers in the educational practice has been challenged, or even in danger of losing. Therefore, we should re-examine the authority of teachers, efforts to find a democratic era, the information age teachers authoritative ‘sources'.
