摘要 降压式DC-DC转换器的频率正在不断提高,这可以大幅削减电源电路的整体安装面积与安装高度,使其集成到极小的封装内,从而令设备进一步实现小型化和薄型化。但是,需要注意的是,开关频率提高后,器件的多项特性(如输出纹波电压、EMI及转换效率)都会受到影响。 Step-down DC-DC converter ICs used for supplying power to mobile devices are rapidly moving to higher frequencies.This is because increasing the frequency allows peripheral components to be drastically reduced in size and thickness,greatly contributing to reductions in mobile device size and thickness.One must watch for overconfidence,however,because some characteristics will worsen as the frequency increases.In deciding whether to use high-frequency converters,it is important to carefully evaluate their merits and demerits.
