摘要
数据转换是国土资源信息化和数据共享迫切需要解决的问题。本文分析了土地利用矢量数据交换文件VCT和Shape两种数据格式的结构,研究了基于VC和MO组件的VCT到Shape的数据格式转换方法,并用高级编程语言进行了程序编写,完成了两种数据之间的格式转换,从而使VCT文件可以更方便地应用在GIS系统中。
For the construction of the China land and resources information and data sharing, data conversion is the most exigent problem to be solved. This article analyzes the structure of landuse vector data exchange file （VCT） and Shape data format,and studies the data conversion method from VCT to Shape data format, basing on VC＋＋ and Mapobjects. In addition, the article also writes the conversion program by using advanced computer programming, thus achieving the transform of file formats. Then the VCT files can be applied in the geographical information system（GIS）.
