摘要
基于随机抽取的样品性能测试数据,借助模糊综合评价方法开展旋转式喷头质量综合评价,分析评价指标权重值对综合评价结果影响的敏感性。研究结果表明,利用模糊综合评价方法可较好解决对合格产品质量评价指标状态进行再分级基础上的综合评价问题,有助于提高旋转式喷头合格产品质量综合评价的科学性。当第一层次评价指标的权重值分别变化±20%时,水力特性和耐久性指标权重值的改变对评价指数的影响相对稍大,但并未改变旋转式喷头样品的质量等级状况,对旋转式喷头质量评价指标权重值的配置基本合理可行。模糊综合评价方法也适用于其它节水灌溉产品和设备质量的综合评价。
The quality of rotating sprinkler is evaluated by fuzzy synthetic evaluation method according the test data that come from random sample. Sensitive analysis that the index weight variation influences the evaluation result is carried out. The research results demonstrate that fuzzy synthetic evaluation method can preferably reclassify qualified product, and the quality synthetic evaluation of qualified rotating sprinkler is becoming reasonable. When the weight of first hierarchy index vary in the range of 20%, the hydraulic and endurable weights variation have much influence than other index, but does not change the ranking of rotating sprinkler quality, therefore the allocation of index weight in existence is reasonable. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation method also presents the reference for other irrigation and drainage products quality synthetic evolution.
