摘要
在总结目前灌区评价研究不足的基础上,引入了物元可拓评价模型,并对此模型做了一定的改进。首先对指标数据进行规格化处理,消除了不同单位,不同量纲对评价结果的影响;其次,运用博弈论的方法对评价指标进行综合赋权,该法克服了传统的可拓评价模型赋权过程中单纯依靠指标数据而忽略了指标自身对评价的重要性问题。运用上述方法对铁甲灌区运行状况进行综合评价,并与传统可拓评价方法得到的结果进行了比较。评价结果表明改进后的可拓评价模型具有更高的精度。
Based on a summary of the evaluation research disadvantage of irrigation areas, the improved matter-element extension assessment model is introduced in this paper. At first, in order to eliminate the evaluation effect of different unit and dimension, the indexes data are normalized; secondly, the method uses the game theory to determine the index weight. Compared with the calculating weight method in original matter-element extension assessment model, it overcomes the abuse of relying on index data whereas ignoring the importance of indexes At last, the improved model is developed to evaluate the running condition of Donggang irrigation areas, and the result shows that the improved matter-element extension assessment model is more accurate compared with the traditional one.
