下肢深静脉血栓形成的季节性分析

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓在不同月份的发病构成比差异。为合理分配医疗资源和进行社区预防提供参考。方法对华中科技大学附属协和医院2003年1月到2007年12月间因罹患下肢深静脉血栓形成住院患者520例进行回顾性分析,探讨下肢深静脉血栓在发病月份上的差异。结果左下肢深静脉血栓形成者369例(70.96%),右下肢者107例(20.58%),双下肢者44例(8.46%)。除双下肢的深静脉血栓形成以外,其它肢体的深静脉血栓形成的发生率大致按月份呈周期性变化。总体上表现为上半年低于下半年,而3月份的发病人数往往高于上半年平均水平。结论不同肢体的深静脉血栓形成都具备一定的发病周期性,且有一定程度的差别,这种周期性和差别可能与环境改变和机体免疫环境的周期性变化相关。

Objective To investigate the incidence of deep vein thrombosis（DVT） in different months. Methods A total of 520 patients with DVT in Wuhan Union Hospital during January 2003 to December 2007 were clinically and retrospectively analyzed,and the incidence of DVP in different months was studied. Results There were 369 cases of DVT in left lower limbs,107 in right lower limbs,and the remaining 44 in both sides. Most types of DVT showed periodical variation by months, except the incidence of DVT at both sides. Generally,the incidence of DVT in the first half-year was lower than in the second half-year, and the number of DVT patients at 3rd month was more than the average number in the first half-year, Conclusion DVT in different limbs has its own periodical variation,which is possibly related with the periodical changes in environment or human immunology.
