摘要
目的评价现用不同型号的血细胞分析仪在日常工作中检测结果的准确性及一致性。方法以本科室Gen-sSystem2血细胞分析仪为比对仪器,选择高、中、低值三个档次的新鲜全血标本40份,每台仪器平行测定2次,取平均值进行多个参数分析,以Gen-sSystem2评价其他血细胞分析仪检测结果(WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、HCT)。结果(1)4台血细胞分析仪的精密度好;(2)WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、HCT五个指标分别进行配对t检验,均P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义;(3)各台仪器与比对仪器参数的相关系数r〉0.975,相关性好;(4)由回归曲线与回归方程可主要了解各台仪器系统误差的大小。结论(1)应用新鲜全血对血细胞分析仪进行比对试验,能及时发现仪器间的系统误差;(2)同一实验室用新鲜全血对血细胞分析仪进行定期对比实验及校正,能提高和保证同一实验室血细胞分析仪检测结果的准确度和一致性。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and the consistency of the result which was got by different types of hernatdogy analyzer in the routine work. Methods The G-en-s System2 hematology analyzer was used to determine 40 blood specimens, which included high, middle and low classes. Every specimen was paraUelly determined two times by the same instrument. The mean value was used to analyze several parmneters and the results, which were determined by other types of hematology analyzer, were evaluated in items including WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, HCT got by Gen- s System2 hematology analyzer. Results ( 1 )The accuracy of four Hematology analyzers was good. (2) The results of ttest in WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT and HCT showed that there are no statistical differences (P 〉 0.05). (3) Compared to instrument parameter, the correlation oreffident of each instrument were good( r 〉0.975). (4)Compared with the re- gression curve and the regression equation, the error of each instrument system was known. Conclusion ( 1 ) The system error between instrument is promptly found through the test of evaluating the fresh and whole blood by hematology analyzer. (2)The accuracy and the consistency of the result, got by hematology analyzer in the identical laboratory, can be enhanced and guaranteed with the verification testing of hematology analyzer in determining the fresh and whole bloot specimen in the identical laboratory.
