New progress on CT、MRI and PET in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

随着放射治疗的发展,对于鼻咽癌放疗靶区的精确勾画越来越受到临床医师的重视。因此影像诊断在鼻咽癌诊断、治疗中具有不可缺少的地位,特别是计算机断层摄影（computer tomography,CT）、磁共振成像（magnetic resonance imaging,MRI）、正电子发射体层成像（positron emission computed tomography,PET）的应用,在鼻咽癌临床分期的确立、治疗方案的制定、疗效和预后的评估方面发挥了其重要的作用。

With the development of radiation therapy, clinical physicians pay more and more attention to the precise outline of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy target. Therefore the position of imaging diagnosis is indispensable in diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Especially, CT, MRI, PET aplication devel- oped extraordinary important function in the establishment of clinical stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and protocols for treatment and the evaluation therapeutic effect and prognosis.
