摘要
本文对目前合成纳米钛酸钡粉体的主要方法进行了综述,详细介绍了各种制备方法,并分析了它们的优缺点,指出了纳米钛酸钡粉体合成未来发展的方向是在对合成BaTiO3纳米颗粒的过程机理进一步深入研究的基础上,改善工艺条件,研制、开发高产率、高质量且低成本的工业化设备。
The main method of preparation of BaTiO3 nano-powder were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were pointed out.It was also pointed out that the future development direction of BaTiO3 nano-powder was to give a futher study on the mechanism of preparation process of the BaTiO3 nano-paticle,to improve process condition,to research and develop industrial equipment of high yield,quality and low cost.
