摘要
目的探讨CT、C臂机联合导引下椎体成形术(PVP)治疗压缩性骨折的效果及穿刺方法。方法接受PVP治疗的181例压缩性骨折患者的207个椎体进入研究。治疗在CT、C臂机联合导引下进行,经单侧椎弓根斜向进入椎体中央前1/3,注入骨水泥。结果全部椎体完成PVP,患者无严重并发症发生。术后随访有效率95.58%。结论CT、C臂机联合导引下PVP安全、有效。
Objective To analyze the effect and methods for percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of compression fracture by CT and (;arm fluoroscopy guidance. Methods One hundred and eight-one patients who underwent percutane- ous vertebroplasty (PVP) for compression fracture were retrospectively reviewed. PVP procedures were performed under the guidance of CT plus C-arm fluoroscopy through unilateral pedicle inclined accessing to anterior medial 1/3 of the verte- bral body, and then bone cement was injected. Results Vertebroplasty was successfully performed in all vertebras of all patients with no severe complication. The total effective rate of PVP was 95.58%. Conclusion PVP under CT plus C-arm guidance is safe and effective in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture.
