护患共同参与模式在结肠造口患者护理中的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨护患共同参与模式应用于结肠造口患者护理的优越性。方法将120例结肠造口患者随机分为两组,参与组60例,常规组60例。常规组给予常规护理及造口相关知识的健康指导;参与组对患者进行评估,与其共同制定切实可行的护理计划,鼓励和促进患者积极参与自我护理。在出院前1d,对两组患者造口的接纳程度、造口相关知识的掌握情况及护理工作满意度进行比较。结果参与组对造口的接纳程度及对造口相关知识的掌握明显高于常规组,对护理工作的满意度也明显高于常规组。结论护患共同参与模式运用于结肠造口患者的护理,可增强患者的自信心,有助于患者回归家庭及社会,增进患者对造口的接纳程度,提升其生存质量;可提高患者掌握造口护理相关知识的水平,增加患者的主观能动性;可增进护患沟通,增加了患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To discuss the superiority of nurse-patient co-participation mode in nursing of patients undergoing colostomy. Methods Totally 120 patients undergoing colostomy were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in participant group, 60 cases in conventional group. The conventional group patients were given conventional colostomy care and health related knowledge guidance; the participant group patients were evaluated,corporately de- veloped with their practical nursing program, encouraged and promoted active participation in self-care. Before one day discharged from hospital,two groups of patients were compared about colostomy acceptability,colostomy-related knowledge and nursing care satisfaction. Results The colostomy acceptability and the acquirement of colostomy-related knowledge in participant group patients were significantly superior to that in conventional group. Conclusion Application of nursing colostomy patients in nurse-patient co-participation mode can enhance the patients' self-confidence,help patients return to their families and society,promote patientsr acceptability o~ colostomy so as to enhance their quality of life; it can conduce to patients acquiring colostomy-related knowledge,building up the patient's subjective initiative; it can enhance communication between nurses and patients and increase nursing care satisfaction.
