结合我国当前国情通过对延长退休年龄的多方审视,指出现阶段延长法定退休年龄弊大于利,不但不能真正解决社保基金"空帐"问题,还会加剧就业矛盾引发更大社会问题。当前,首先任务就是要积极促进就业,缓解日益严重的就业压力;其次,要尽快健全公平的多层次的社会保障体系,尝试多元、弹性的退休制度。

By thoroughly considering the issue.of extending the retirement age in China＇s current national conditions, the author points out that its advantages outweigh the disadvantages at this stage. It will not be able to really solve the Social Security Fund ＂air-off＇ problem and may aggravate contradictions in employment and probably cause greater social problems. At present, the first task is to actively promote employment, alleviate the growing pressure of employment; Secondly, a sound, fair multi-level social security system should be set up as soon as possible and try a pluralistic and flexible retirement system.
