摘要
督察考核工作是企业工作系统中的重要子系统,它是促进系统内各项工作完成的重要保障。但是,目前,督察考核工作在实际运行中还存在着诸多问题。为此,应该做好以下几个方面的工作:1.加强沟通,提高督察考核的针对性和合理性;2.坚持原则,加强督察考核的公正性和严肃性;3.提升督察工作的水平;4.整合督察资源和力量;5.提高督察队伍的素质。
Supervision plays an important role in enterprise systems. It is a significant guarantee that can promote the accomplishment of each task in the internal system. However, there are many problems existed in the process of practical supervising at present. Therefore, this paper lays out five countermeasures: to strengthen communication and enhance the rationality and pertinence of supervision, to stick to the principles and inspect justly and seriously, to improve the services of supervision, to integrate the resources and power and to improve the quality of the supervisors.
