摘要
关于师德建设得失问题,逻辑上,凡事有得必有失,师德=半"失"+半"得";事实上,局部存在问题:道德="盗得",师德=失多。因此,必须在理论层面上突出弘扬道德(师德)之得的正当性。理论(词源学、经济学)上,道德=得到;师德=实得。为保障师德真切地大有所得,须在价值层面上,以和谐管理为核心,公正制度、平衡得失,引导教师道德因拥有物质支持、制度支持和文化心理支持而与学校和谐共生互进。
To consider the gains and losses of teachers moral construction, one should do as follows: logically, since everything has gains and losses, the teacher's morality means half "losses" and half "gains"; in fact, there is something wrong partially: morality means "robbing"; teachers' morality means losing more. Therefore, theoretically, more emphasis should be given to the legitimacy of the gains of teachers' morality. According to the theory of etymology studies and economics, morality means gains; teacher's morality means true gains. For the sake of more gains of teacher's morality, measures must be taken: taking the harmonious management as the core, making fair system, balancing gains and losses, and, with the support of materials, systems and cultural psychology, guiding both teachers' morality and the school to coexist in a harmonious way.
