摘要 "十一五"期间,我国将投入土地整理资金超过3000亿元人民币。为了使国家对土地整理的巨额投资落到实处,土地整理项目的监管至关重要。本文结合土地整理监管业务需求以及高分辨率遥感监测的特点,采用三层式设计了土地整理遥感监测系统,即应用层、系统功能层和数据服务层。根据土地整理遥感监测的特点,设计了系统的功能模块,包括文件、显示、土地整理工程信息提取、土地整理评价、工具箱等功能模块。并基于TITAN Image6.0开发平台,用Visual C++.net搭建了系统主体框架和实现了系统的大部分功能模块。下一步将对系统的部分功能模块进一步完善。 During the eleventh five years plan, land consolidation will be invested much than 300 billion RMB in China. The monitoring and management of the land consolidation project is important to ensure the huge investment in where need hmd. Based on the need of the land consolidation monitoring and management operation and the characteristic of the high resolution remote sensing monitoring, the land consolidation remote sensing system is designed with three level such as application level, system function level and data server level. While based on the feature of the land consolidation remote sensing monitoring, the function module of the system is designed including file, display, the land consolidation project infonnation extraction, land consolidation evaluation, tool box and so on. And based on the Titan hnage 6.0 development system, the main framework of the system is constructed and the mostly function modules are developed using Visual C++.net. In further, part of the function module will be perfected.
