人工肛门括约肌对兔结肠血流影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的界定人工肛门括约肌工作压力范围。方法观察人工肛门括约肌挤压肠壁时肠壁血流灌注量改变,分析人工肛门括约肌压力与肠壁血流灌注量之间的关系。结果人工肛门括约肌工作压力与肠壁血流灌注量之间密切相关(R2=0.462,P=0.000),括约肌压力达到20mmHg之前,肠壁血流灌注量未发生变化,压力增加至70mmHg时,肠壁血流灌注量减少到基线的49.66%,90mmHg时,血流灌注量减少至基线的30.02%。结论人工肛门括约肌压力在20~70mmHg时,肠壁血流灌注量减少不到1/2,能有效避免肠缺血发生,为人工肛门括约肌整体设计提供了依据。
