摘要
研究了胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)(CPCC)螯合物提高糖尿病小鼠免疫功能的机制。通过腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造小鼠糖尿病模型,观察胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)螯合物对小鼠免疫器官的影响,血细胞染色观察中性粒细胞,用单项琼脂扩散免疫试验测定小鼠抗体,用酶联免疫法测定小鼠外周血细胞因子IL-2、IL-6,TNF-α等指标。结果表明,胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)螯合物可以促进小鼠分泌的IgG抗体明显增加,增强细胞因子IL-2和TNF-α的分泌,降低IL-6的分泌。胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)螯合物能活化免疫细胞,恢复和改善小鼠机体的免疫功能,提高小鼠机体的免疫力,一定程度地减轻四氧嘧啶的毒性作用,降低血糖。
To study the mechanism of enhancement of alloxan-induced diabetes mouse immunity by collagen peptide-chromium(Ⅲ) complex (CPCC) , Diabetes mouse model was set up by injecting alloxan and theft neutrophile, antibody and cytokine (IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α) of peripheral blood were detected by blood cells staining, single immunodiffusion test, and ELISA method, respectively. Results showed that Collagen peptide-chromium(Ⅲ) complex could markedly stimulate the secretion of mice IgG antibody, enhance secretion of IL-2 and TNF-α cytokine, decrease the secretion of IL-6. It was concluded that Collagen peptide-chromium(Ⅲ) complex could activate immune cell, restore and improve mouse immoral function, enhance mouse immunity, reduce the toxic effect of alloxan in certain extent, then reduce the blood glucose.
