逆向工程在涡轮增压器叶片几何反求中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 叶片是涡轮増压器的关键零部件,不仅要求其有较高的尺寸精度,而且有较高的表面质量.为打破国外技术封锁,应用逆向工程技术对其进行几何反求并为其国产化提供设计依据.用三坐标测量仪测量曲面轮廓,提出了点云处理、曲线生成、曲面重构及精度评价的原则和方法,应用Imageware软件对其进行了曲面重构.提出了实体造型及生成工程图的原则和方法,应用Pro/E软件实现模型重建.利用该模型可以指导叶片的再设计与零件制造工艺的制定. To break foreign technology block, a geometric model is reconstructed based on reverse engineering for domestic production. By using CMM to measure free surface and imageware software to reconstruct curved surface, the principle and method of point cloud processing, curve generation, curved surface reconstruction and precision evaluation are presented, which provides model guides for the blade redesign and machining process planning.
