高压小流量离心泵三维建模及流场分析 被引量:3

3D Modeling and Hydrodynamic Analysis of High-Pressure Small-Flow Centrifugal Pump

摘要 离心泵内部流场区域的模型是进行泵内流体动力学分析的载体,模型的精确与否将会影响对泵内流体动力学分析结果.真对高压小流量离心泵,应用Pro/E软件对离心泵内部流场区域进行了三维建模,应用FLUENT软件对其内部流场区域的压力分布、速度分布进行了数值仿真.结果表明:通过对高压小流量离心泵流体动力学数值仿真,可以得出高压小流量离心泵内部流场状况,为进一步对高压小流量离心泵进行优化设计提供了理论参考. 3 D modeling of Interior flow field in a high-pressure small-flow centrifugal pump are conducted with Pro/E software, and the press distribution, temperature distribution and cavitations in the inner fluid field of the centrifugal pump are simulated with FLUENT software. The results show that the flow fields of the high- pressure small-flow centrifugal pump can be obtained according to the result of hydrodynamic simulation, and a theoretical reference'can be provided for the further optimization of the high-pressure small-flow centrifugal pumps.
