摘要
高校教师的校本培训可分为常规性、创新性与主导性三种类型。各种校本培训主要从职业道德、教学技能、学科研究、普通文化和学校文化五个方面出发,根据不同的培训内容选择不同的培训主体和对象。高校在开展教师校本培训时应充分认识到评价机制在高校教师专业发展中的作用和地位。
The school-based training of college teachers can be divided into three types, namely me conven- tional, the innovative and the leading. Professional ethics, teaching skills, disciplinary research, culture and campus culture will be included in the training program according to the different trainers and trainees. In con- ducting the school-based training of college teachers, we should be fully aware of the role and the status of an evaluation system in the professional development for college teachers.
