工程专业培养创新人才的几点举措——以江苏大学电子工程专业为例 被引量:1

New Measures to Produce Innovative Engineering Talents——A Case Study of Electricity Specialty in Jiangsu University

摘要 为了适应21世纪科学技术的快速发展,满足地方对高素质创新人才的需求,工科类院校应把办学目标定位在工程创新型人才的培育上,客观分析扩招后制约地方高校发展的因素;用"育人为本"的理念指导主要技术基础课程的教改;提高各门基础课程的教学质量;多渠道、多样化地培育学生的实践创新素质和动手能力;采用"请进来、走出去"的方式与兄弟院校交流经验。 Taking production of innovative talents as its school-running orientation, the School of Electricity and Information Engineering of Jiangsu University has adopted a series of measures to keep pace with the fast development of science and technology and meet the urgent demand for high-quality innovative talents in local regions. The measures include analysis of the binding force on the development of local universities after the expansion of enrollment, education reform scheme involving major basic technical courses guided by the "cul- tivation-oriented" idea, improvement of basic course teaching, multi-channel fostering of students' interests on innovation and practice, as well as the exchange of experiences with other universities and colleges in the form of "inviting and visiting". After a 9-year-practice, the school has achieved fruitful results in producting innovative talents with the above-mentioned measures.
