农村初、高中毕业未升学人员成为新增劳动力，对他们进行职业技能培训，使他们以技能就业，对加快当地农村和城镇经济建设步伐具有重要推动作用。就几年来开展技能培训的做法、体会做一总结。

The junior and senior high school students who do not go to college have become the new working force. Providing professional skill training to them and helping them to work by skill will give an impetus to local countryside and town economy construction. This thesis aims at summing up the ways of conducting professional skill training.
