依托电子竞赛培养创新型人才教学模式的探讨

组织大学生参加电子设计竞赛活动，是一种新的教育形式，对电子信息类专业人才培养起到促进作用，是全面培养学生素质的重要环节。通过参加竞赛活动，既培养大学生的设计能力、实践能力、创新能力，又培养学生团队合作的精神、吃苦耐劳精神和勇于克服困难的精神，同时也促进高校教师自身实践能力的提高。

Organizing students to take part in electronic design contest is a new form of education, which plays a promoting role in cultivating electronic talents and is an important step in cultivating students quality. In scientific and technologic competitions students＇ abilities in designing, practicing and creating are greatly exercised. Their consciousness of team work, hard working, responsibility and overcoming difficulties are also increased, meanwhile, college teachers＇ practical ability is promoted.
