摘要
研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷法等研究方法，对沂蒙地区社区体育组织现状进行调查。在此基础上，根据社会变化、体育发展对社区体育组织的要求，提出其发展对策。
With the researching method of documents, interview and investigation papers, the auther investigates the status quo of the organization of Yimeng area. Based on ,those, according the change of the society and the develop of the sports, the paper brings up the countermeasure.
