摘要
企业客户服务战略是一种行之有效的现代企业经营战略,它可以为企业造就宝贵的无形资产,可以极大地增强企业的凝聚力和竞争力。本文运用精益服务的思想设计了全业务运营环境下的电信服务体系,体现了以顾客为中心的更高层次上的企业理念,同时该体系有助于提升客服运营能力,有效地拓展新业务和新领域以深度挖掘客户价值。
Costumer Service Strategy is an effective business strategy for modern enterprise,which can create valuable intangible assets,meanwhile greatly enhance the cohesion and competitiveness.This essay designed the service system for telecommunication under the All-round Operation Environment using Lean Service ,which embodied Customer-centric operating notion on a higher level,at the same time,it can help to exalt the operating capabilities on customer service ,effectively develop new business and profoundly excavate new areas of customer value.
