摘要 目的探讨三维血管容积显像在移植肾肾功能稳定期血流定量研究中的应用价值。方法对105例移植肾肾功能稳定患者进行肾三维重建和血管容积参数的采集与分析。结果105例移植肾肾功能稳定患者的肾三维图像重建满意率为95.2%(100/105),其中100例患者的三维血管容积参数值均呈正态或近正态分布,测得血管指数(VI)为37.790%±11.675%、血流指数(FI)为49.903%±4.458%、血管血流指数(VFI)为19.157%±7.428%、灰阶指数(MG)为32.082%±6.496%、容积(V)为187.368 cm^3±42.348 cm^3。各参数间MG、V均与VI、FI、VFI无相关性,而VI、FI、VFI三者间有明显的正相关关系(P≤0.01)。结论三维血管容积显像能获得移植肾的多项血流灌注参数,将为肾移植术后脏器功能评价提供一新的量化指标。 Objective To explore the application value of three- dimensional ultrasound vascularity volume imaging in quantifying perfusion of transplanted kidney in renal function stable phase. Methods One hundred and five kidney transplant patients in renal funtion stable phase were studied by three- dimensional ultrasound vascularity volume imaging. Results The ratio of successful reconstruction of three - dimensional images in renal transplant patients was 95.2% ( 100/105 ). The parameters of three - dimensional vascularity volume images in one hundred patients were mormal distribution or approximate mormal distribution. The vascular index was 37. 790 % ± 11. 675 %, the flow index was 49. 903 ±4. 458 %, the vascular flow index was 19. 157 % ± 7. 428 %, the mean gray value was 32.082 % ± 6. 496 %, and the volume was 187. 368 cm^3 ± 42. 348cm^3 . MG and V had no correlation with VI, FI and VFI, but there was positive correlation among VI, FI and VH. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound vascularity volume imaging could provide various perfnsion parameters of transplanted kidney, and offer a new quantitative index for evaluating renal function after renal transplantation.
