电磁脉冲对肿瘤细胞杀伤效应研究进展

摘要 随着电磁物理学与生物工程的发展,国际上兴起一种合理控制电磁脉冲,能使细胞出现可逆性电击穿及不可逆性电击穿,为肿瘤的治疗开辟了新路径。据实验表明,合理控制电磁脉冲可直接对肿瘤细胞造成不可逆性电击穿致不可逆性杀伤;也可对肿瘤细胞形成可逆性电击穿,联合化疗药物治疗可大大增加药物对细胞膜渗透作用,强化药物效应。目前,上述研究尚处于起步阶段,很多机制尚未阐明,现笔者结合中外文献,对目前实验成果综述如下。
