脆性组氨酸三联体基因与宫颈癌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 宫颈癌是造成妇科肿瘤患者死亡的第二大原因。多年来人们一直在寻找肿瘤初期即发生结构和功能异常的基因。1996年,Ohta等利用外显子捕获法在染色体3p14.2处发现一个新基因,其编码的蛋白质与组氨酸三体蛋白高度同源,而且该基因跨越了人类染色体最常见的脆性部位FRA3B,因此命名为脆性组氨酸三联体(fragile histidine triad,FHIT)基因,
